Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Payora Payroll (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Payora Payroll is cloud payroll software for the United Arab Emirates for managing employees, pay runs, Wage Protection System (WPS) files, loans, leave salary, gratuity and reports. We may improve the Service and change its features from time to time.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account and the users you invite.
- Tell us straight away about any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Trial and subscription
The Service starts with a free trial. After the trial a paid subscription is needed to keep using it, at the prices shown when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the employee and payroll data you enter, and for reviewing pay runs before you approve and pay them.
- You remain responsible for complying with UAE labour, wage protection and social security laws. The Service is a tool and is not legal or tax advice.
- You must have a lawful basis to process your employees' personal data and must inform them about it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, try to gain unauthorised access to systems or other customers' data, disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, or resell it without our written consent.
7. Your data
The data you enter remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time through reports and export options.
8. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance from time to time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. After termination you can ask for a copy of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
